Walkway With Utility 2025

This project was a clean, functional addition to a client’s home—a new walkway designed to make everyday life easier and more convenient.

Purpose & Design

The walkway was built to provide a smooth path alongside the home, with an added connection leading to a small pad for rolling garbage bins. This simple addition makes it much easier for the clients to move their bins up and down without cutting through grass or dirt.

Utility Integration

To keep everything neat and future-proof, we also installed a PVC pipe connection to the drain, running underneath the walkway. This ensures proper water management and prevents any pooling or damage over time.

Structural Quality

As always, the walkway was built with our high standards:

• 4,000 PSI concrete mix

• 5-inch thickness

• Reinforced for durability and long-term use

Results

Though simple in design, the project delivers exactly what the client needed: functionality, strength, and a clean, finished look. Both the walkway and the pad are structurally sound and built to last.
