We take pride in delivering top-notch concrete replacements and installations that are built to last a really long time. This project was in Longmont.

Scope of Work: This project involved a complete replacement of the front porch and the addition of a new walkway along the side of the house. Before, the walkway area was just dirt – now, it’s a solid, functional path that matches with the new porch.

Concrete Specifications:

  • 4000 PSI Mix: Ensuring maximum durability and resistance to the elements.

  • 5-Inch Thickness: Providing a solid, stable surface that withstands daily wear and tear.

  • Rebar Installation: Rebar was strategically placed every 3 feet to reinforce the concrete and prevent cracking or shifting over time.

  • Road Base Installation: Adding a sturdy, compactacle base on which the concrete can sit on. (Quite a bit was added to the porch to ensure proper code-adherent levels)

Finishing Touches: Once the concrete work was completed, we installed the black guard rails on the porch, a bit safety and style.
