This project was right next to another project we did in Gunbarrel for a house that is also on the market. We had to replace an existing asphalt driveway with concrete and ease it into a hot tub pad/small patio area. From there, we graded the back of the house to accommodate a new patio. The front driveway had a curved shape to add some flair to the property, and the steps were poured with some flair as well.
The concrete thickness was 5 inches throughout, with rebar every 3 feet (except for the hot tub pad, which had rebar every 2 feet), a 4000 PSI mix, and a recycled concrete base was added to ensure a sturdy base for the concrete to sit on top of.
